Standardno vreme isporuke je od 2 do 21 radnog dana. Ako poručite proizvode danas, šaljemo ih sutra ukoliko ih imamo na stanju u magacinu. Ako nemamo, isporuka traje duže. Ukoliko isporuka ne stigne u roku od 21 dan, molimo Vas da nas kontaktirate putem email-a doublered@doublered.rs

Of course, You can exchange the item for a different size if we have your prefered size in stock. If not, you can select alternative item or you can exchange it for full refund in the form of a voucher in the same value as the returned item. If you decided for Exchange, please pack the item you wish to exchange along with copy of the invoice, report the exchange at  doublered@doublered.eu and wait for a courier to pick up your item and exchange it for another. The exchange is possible within 14 days after delivery.

Fill the Reclamation form, pack it with the item you whish to return along with a copy of the invoice nad send it to "DOUBLE RED Germany UG, MoritzstraĂźe 1, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany". You will receive our answer within 30 days.
You can return an item without stating a reason within 7 days. The item must not be damagaed and in original packaging. Add a copy of the invoice and the form "abandonment of contract" to the package and send to "DOUBLE RED Germany UG, Moritzstrasse 1, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany". You will receive a refund within 15 days after we receive your package.
